About the Artist
Stacy Trammell is a self taught artist with over 15 yrs of experience using acrylic paint & mixed media.  Most of the pieces are conceptualized from landscapes, floral scenery or recent travels where she has created her own abstracted interpretation.  Stacy is motivated by the relationship of color & negative space as they coincide together to tell a story while using spontaneous brush strokes to create movement & depth across the entire canvas.  So many photographers influence & inspire her pieces by telling their own stories through photos of nature & seeing a humbling landscape seemingly untouched by anyone.  Emerging an audience in the story telling for a piece is top priority & she believes the back story to the creative process is what encapsulates her work.
